Championing seasonality and an appreciation for wild food, KOL overlays the techniques and heritage of Mexican cuisine with the landscape of Britain. We honour both old and new: familiar foundations like mole, corn masa and ceviche are reimagined in how they’re presented.

Since opening in 2020, KOL has been recognised internationally as one of London’s best restaurants, receiving accolades from the World’s 50 Best, Europe’s La Liste, and National Restaurant Awards. KOL was awarded one Michelin Star in 2022 and has maintained its position on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list to this day.
