In 2013 the pair also co-launched Dirty Bones Kensington, and gained invaluable restaurant operational experience during that process.
In 2015 the pair were involved in the opening of Pop Brixton, and currently MJMK operates and manages all the 3 bars onsite – S11, Brixton Brew Bar & South West Saloon.
In 2019 Marco and Jake co-launched Vinegar Yard in London Bridge as a joint venture with the landlord. Currently MJMK operates and manages all the bars onsite, as well as the site itself.
In 2018 MJMK opened the first of its Casa Do Frango restaurants on Southwark Street serving authentic piri piri chicken from the Algarve. A second site is due to open Autumn 2019, and a further two sites in 2020.
