We own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants across London. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, the group includes Casa do Frango, KOL, Fonda, AngloThai and Luso, each with its own identity but built on the same foundations of generosity and craft.

KOL holds a Michelin Star and was named one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. AngloThai earned a Michelin Star within three months of opening and was named The Square Opening of the Year in the 2025 National Restaurant Awards.

Our focus as a business is simple: people and guest experience. We look after our teams and give them room to grow, and we run our restaurants with real operational precision, because great guest experiences don’t happen by accident. Generosity, in how we treat our teams and our guests, is at the heart of how we work, and it’s matched by a genuine drive to be best in class in everything we do. We care about every single guest who walks through our doors, and we’re passionate about making their visit unforgettable.
